About Us
Passionate Counselors
Licensed & experienced clinicians who have been providing social & emotional coaching to children and adults in North & South Carolina, facilitating self-awareness and growth. If you are feeling overwhelmed by life’s demands, challenging behaviors of children or traumatic stressors. We meet each person where they are in their journey towards change.
This is a first step. Our services aim to introduce life-skills, coping strategies, clarity and self-motivation.
Clinical Supervision
Experienced. Certified. Supportive.
Clinical supervision is offered by a licensed professional counselor supervisor for individuals and groups. Supervision is perhaps the most important component in the development of a competent practitioner. It is within the context of supervision that trainees begin to develop a sense of their professional identity and to examine their own beliefs and attitude regarding clients and therapy.

Healing & Growth
Individual Therapy
Life throws many surprises at us, and while we cannot predict the outcome of any situation, we can take control of how we respond to certain situations. Several Modalities of treatment are used to treat mental health and behavioral health issues that manifest through trauma, day to day life stressors, physical illness, domestic violence, relationship conflict, losses, addictions and those that are genetic in origin. Treatment is provided face-to-face to adults ages 21 through 65,
Family Therapy
For young children, the focus on mental health is in learning social-emotional skills which include having close and positive relationships, exploring & learning, emotional management & understanding and learning to express their feelings safely. Having social emotional skills makes it easier for children to solve problems, focus, learn new things, do well in school and maintain healthy relationships.
